Ablakwa should know that he not dealing with kids or illiterates. These are professors and lecturers. Where is Naana? Think about your former colleagues and remove your political lenses.   If government is willing why wait for them to go on a strike first? Does this make sense?
  These are some of the things scaring me from joining any of our schools back home.

  I'm confused here o.Ablakwa says Government is willing to pay them their allowances when the strike is called off.so why dont the government give them the money so that they will call it off instead?
