  Too bad. But there is equally conjestion in the secondary school dorms, universities and psychiatric hospitals. So I'm wondering if the government will put any priority on the prisons.

  THE REEGIONAL GOVT SHOULD BE THE ONES WORRYING ABOUT CONGESTIONS IN JAILS, NOT THE PRISONERS. U HAVE A REGION WHOSE MAJOR INHABITANTS DONT EVEN PAY BASIC TAXES ON GOODS N SERVICES....EAT, SHIT, BREATHE IN THE REGION FOR FREE. ...
