How do you compensate someone who decides to retire when the retirement time is not due. Where is the love we have for our country. Everyone is forced to retire at the age of sixty whether you are fit or not, it is mandatory, so my question is why do politicians remain in offrice till they rot? All politicians on government payroll who are above sixty must be forced to go home and sued for the extra years they remained in office, this is one of the reasons why our graduates cant find jobs.
