  One never knew Ghana has a library!! Where are they situated? which part of the Regions are these so called libraries can be found? Who are the people who goes to these libraries for them to get these statistic readings?

  WE ARE NOT PROGRESSING BECAUSE PEOPLE ALWAYS COME TO ADVISE US ON UNNECESSARY THINGS THAT FINALLY MAKES US VERY STUPID IN THE EYES OF THE WORLDD.

  HOW ON EARTH SHOULD A GOVERNMENT LIBRARY BE INTRODUCED TO SUCH A PREPAID METER.
  
  WE DO STILL HAVE MANY HUGE MOUNTAINS TO CLIMB IN THE COUNTRY.
