What u have in Gh are gear shifters not drivers. The laser guns being asked for wouldn't solve the problem, it will only b another avenue for the alrdy corrupt police to intensify their act.

  Can this radiators for checking speed limits on the high ways not be procured by the Regional Police head quaters\.Are the Police in the various regions so poor to buy simple working tools to equip them work efficiently, if so what about traffic offence charges the courts recieve from offenders on their behalve\.If the questions cannot be answered positively the IGP should institute a Regional police finance department attached to all Regional headquarters to cater for such urgent needs of the police as a catalist to bring efficiency to avoid red tape buroucracy in the police service.
