    You forget that we are all putting money aside for fuel, transport and the electricity and water utilities. You must also tighten your belt. Kwasia, you too go and add more to the higher IGF and so so common fund.

    How do expect to collect taxes? How do you identify, track, monitor, document who needs to pay taxes and who has not paid taxes; when you have no ID's, no street names, no addresses and archaic record keeping?

    First of all I will like Mr. Aidoo-Mensah to explain to all of us how the money collected in the past was used. Maybe that will encourage the citizenry to pay some more.
