  A very brilliant approach that will demand the support of all stake holders especially parents to succeed. Monitoring visits to these classes have revealed a high rate of absenteeism in some communities. Parents and guardians must allow their wards to benefit from the classes instead of keeping them to do household chores and help them on the farms
