  SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY , ENGINEERING & MATHEMATICS (STEM), are the academic disciples USA has noted would drive her economy, and the ecomony of the world as a whole,in the near future. The country has thus voted substantial funds to assist with the training and education of people from across the globe who have the potentials for academic success in these discplines.
  All you need is to have a good degree in any of the above disciplines, obtain very good scores in TOEFL and GRE, then apply for admission to any of US colleges offering those programs. Of course apply for funding from those colleges simultaneously.
  God willing, if you are admitted and given funding, just go to USA embassy in Ghana and obtain a student's visa.
