I LIVED IN ACCRA AND CANNOT LOCATE THESE INFRASTRUCTURE AT THE VANTAGE LOCATIONS. YOU CANNOT FIGHT FIRE ADEQUATELY FROM A FIRE TRUCK ALONE ESPECIALLY MAJOR FIRES.
