I want to set the records straight on this reportage.

Firstly, the name of the late Professor is KLUDZE and not 'Kludzi' as it appeared in the caption.

Secondly, the name of the spokesperson for the Royal Amegadze family is TONY KONDOBREY and NOT Augustine Agbenya.

Thirdly, the title of the Divisional Chief is TOGBE WORDE IV and not Togbe Wordge IV nor Togbe Wordze IV.

Fourthly, Hon. Joe Ghartey shared a room in Hohoe with his friend PHILIP KUDZI and NOT Philip Kludze.

I am surprised to see so many distortions and misrepresentations in this reportage.

Hon Joe Ghartey is an important figure in this country. People who report on his activities, therefore, should give accurate and authentic information.

THAT THE REAL QUESTIONS THAT I RESPECTFULLY RAISED FOR HON.NANA AKUFO ADDO, WHO WAS GHANA FORMER FOREIGN MINISTER NEVER BEING ANSWERED BY HIM AND PEOPLE ARE NOW RESORTING TO DIVERSIONARY TACTICS AND CASTING FRIVOLOUS ACCUSATIONS AGAINST H.E.PRESIDENT MAHAMA RATHER INSTEAD OF INSISTING THAT HON.NANA AKUFO ADDO ANSWERS THE QUESTIONS AS BELOW:
(i) WHETHER OR NOT AMERICA GOVERNMENT GAVE ME $10 MILLION WHEN AMERICA GAVE GHANA A GRANT OF $547 MILLION WHEN HE WAS GHANA FOREIGN MINISTER?
(ii) WHETHER OR NOT AMERICA GOVERNMENT GAVE GHANA $547 MILLION AS GRANT FOR POVERTY REDUCTIONS WHEN HON.NANA AKUFO ADDO WAS GHANA FOREIGN MINISTER?
(iii) IF YES, THEN WHAT DID THEY DO WITH THE SAID MONEY?
(iv) WHETHER OR NOT HON.NANA AKUFO ADDO WHEN HE WAS NPP PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE FOR 2008 TRANSFERRED MONEY TO CANADA TO PURCHASE CARS/VEHICLES?

I cannot express how heartbroken I feel when I see so many of our best legal brains passing so young--Professors Yeboah, Midibo, Turkson, Mills, and now Kludge.

I tell you, these people were not just luminaries; they were modest, down-to-earth, and faithful to their trade-- teaching to make some of us what we are today.

This is Prof. Kludze's tribute, so I will confine myself to him. He wast truly honorable to the core. He was courageous, and he interpreted and taught the law with impeccable objectivity. As an eminent authority on Ghana Land Law, Professor Kludze left no stone unturned in constructively criticizing opinions of all, including those of senior jurists like the Late luminary Prof. Nii Amaa Oleenu. APK was highly respected and loved by many of us in those days. The news of his passing was broken to me today by a colleague who studied under him in Rutgers Law School. Among other things, the colleague praised him for his sincerity, courage, affability, and modesty. She capped it by mentioning how his modesty was reflected in his lifestyle, including the car he drove.

APK, you did an awesome job, and we pray and hope that the Good Lord blesses you richly for serving so well in your trade, etc. Rest in "absolute perfect" peace

Does Modibo Ocran deserve a place in your list? He was the legal brains behind UNIGOV. When we were fighting Acheampong for multi-party democracy, rule of law and human rights, Modibo was advocating for a place for the military in politics like the type of government Egypt and Pakistan now has. Now that at long last we have a thriving democracy in Ghana, does such aperson deserve a place in your list? Just asking.
