Obviously because the Daily Guide Reporters are also culpable, they failed to mention the fact that anybody who claims to be or is a believer in this mumbo-jumbo about witches and wizards is equally a potential or actual mental patient.

Instead of educating the public on the myriad of reasons why any person can succumb to mental depression and behave weirdly in public and therefore needs compassion instead of being lynched on the basis of sheer stupidity, our cheap journalists rather add fuel to the raging fire of terminal ignorance in this country.

With the kind of leaders we have been punished with in the last 50 odd years, it should not surprise anyone how we have depreciated to the standards of a failed state.

You can expect these bizarre things to happen only in Africa. This is a clear case of someone suffering from mental disease and must be taken to Ankaful or a psychiatrist.

None of the witchcraft baloney will hold up to scrutiny. To label anybody from a whole lot of mental illnesses such as schizophrenia or dementia as a witch or wizard is way too easy. That is what some of us say when we don't know or understand what we are dealing with, and in the interim subject such psychos to neglect or abuse instead of helping them. Send the poor man to the hospital not a police station.

I also wrote in response to another person that:

The newspaper can help us disprove one or two things very quickly. The man is said to have borrowed the two puffy ........breasts .......from his 16-year- old granddaughter and that he normally borrows them for his night activities. Now that we have him "exposed" in broad daylight, we should assume he hasn't gotten back to put the breasts back to where he borrowed them from. Can we therefore go and fact check with the said granddaughter to see if her chest is missing some two puffy breasts?

What most people don't know is that some men develop breasts later on in life. Medical reports are full of such occurrences. It is called Gynecomastia. "Gynecomastia is triggered by a decrease in the amount of the hormone testosterone compared with estrogen. The prevalence of gynecomastia peaks between the ages of 50 and 80. At least one in four men are affected during this time (http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/gynecomastia/DS00850/DSECTION=causes)."

The report goes on to indicate that besides "steroids and androgens, gynecomastia can be triggered by malnutrition and starvation. When your body is deprived of adequate nutrition, testosterone levels drop, but estrogen levels remain constant, causing a hormonal imbalance".

Andy, I was shocked that the Daily Graphic reported the story without trying to educate its readers that the poor old man has a mental problem. I posted a comment that the man is not whatever he claimed to be but looking at his age, he is suffering from dementia. I also added that the appearance of small breasts that looked like undeveloped female breasts are from drastic weight loss as a result of malnutrition or "kwashioko". The man must have had a broad chest or even been a big person. As a result of the drastic weight loss his broad chest sagged and therefore the appearance of what looked like undeveloped female breasts.

How can Ghana develop and make progress if a national daily paper will report such absurdities without an attempt to educate the population.

Again, yesterday I put my laptop on Adom Tv and some pastor or holy man was preaching. He was telling a story about a dream regarding a shop owner, (a woman) and a snake swallowing money (the daily sales) of the shop owner. I felt physically sick and wished I was there to challenge him. What sort of nonsense was that? The placed was packed. I just turned to Joy News. I am sure the pastor would make a fortune from women who own shops after the sermon, so he can protect their businesses. Our people lacked knowledge

Some of the horrible things that goes on there NOW cannot be mentioned here. I will call it the university degree in witchcraft. It is common knowledge within those circles that people who transform into other animals spiritually is known as SHAPE SHIFTING. Some very popular members of our society such as world leaders are known to shape shift.

Ghosts, spirits, angels, Imaginary/vaporized gods, dead white man coming back to save black people, witches, wizards, etc. belong in the same category of "BELIEF". Belief systems were put in place as a control mechanism, to keep humans on the instinctive/sub-human level.

Humans and animals are closely related, what differentiates humans from animals is " CONSCIENCNESS", humans are instinctive, but humans also have the ability to think, analyze, and scientifically process information. Unlike humans, animals operate solely on instinct.

The job of the controllers of society, is to keep the masses permanently on the instinctive/animal level, by replacing reality with mythology in all aspects of life, and creating in the people a type of mental retardation where "BELIEF" becomes primary and "FACTS/EVIDENCE" becomes secondary/unimportant.

This type of control mechanism has been used globally, some people who are suffering from different levels of inferiority complexes, usually infer that superstition only exist in Africa, such folks need to objectively study world history/ancient and modern.

Newsweek magazine did an extensive story on it and revealed that this evil guy was kidnapping children with the connivance of top officials in government and using them for some serious rituals, which took place in those same castle that you are asking me to research on.

The purveyors of this superstition used to be juju priests. But now, that job has been totally taken over by churches and their self-styled priests, prophets, bishops, and what have you, and the equally twisted local movie industry. The churches scare their members with superstitious tall tales in order to ensure their continued church attendance and "collection" giving.

At the end of the day, we bear the sole responsibility to free ourselves from this scourge of superstition or mental slavery.
