  the true owners of the land(current legal) must be on file with land commision and tax office so that future buyers won't be scammed into buying land from people that don't own it..More people will build (homes and business) ...

  the true owners of the land(current legal) must be on file with land commision and tax office so that future buyers won't be scammed into buying land from people that don't own it..More people will build (homes and business) when they know the land won't be taken from them..Banks won't loan on land with questionable owners..In usa they have title insurance to help with that problem too
