  Where is water going from to do all the farming they are talking about. It cant never work in UWR. We rely on rain water to do our farming, and it can fail us as it always does.

  Where is water going from to do all the farming they are talking about. It cant never work in UWR. We rely on rain water to do our farming, and it can fail us as it always does.
  People in the region are dreaming of an irrigation dam that will never be build.
  Volta river management would never allow a dam to be constructed in UWR and northern regions.
  Most people dont understand ghana electricity starts from UWR. If we contruct a dam like the one in Burkina Faso, Akosumbo will go dry. BA region Bui dam will be the first to dry.
  We should be asking for oil refineries and mining not farming. How many years has our fathers farm and how many times did they go into debts. You given a tractor to go farming forgetting tractor dont farm. Tractor only plough the land, whatever is left is to the mercy of the weather.
  People should stop the very old practice and lets see what is under the land we walk on.
  We need factories not farming.
