  The Chief manager knows where the problems lie, but has failed to initiate any action to resolve them, only to inform the Minister about where the problem lies - with rusty intake unit and faulty pumps.

  Am sure there is some problames on the pipe lines not the volta lake. Pls let the manager and the engineers check the pipe line system.Do not sabotage ewes & NDC.
