  Street Hawkers, Uncontrolled issuance of license to Taxi Operators and Tro-Tro operators will destroy this nation. If there ever is a war these are the people who will rape, decapitate, cut of the limbs of women and children of those they are made to hate, the Elite and middle class.
  
  This Park will never become a success, until we have a ruthless law enforcement unit, that will control incivility.
  
  The Ministries, the AMA are all highly incompetent and useless bodies. They succumb to the whims of social decadence, because they fear losing the little power and privilege there are enjoying. All if not most of these people don't even vote, and if they do vote, they are voting illegally, because they are not permanent residents of the Greater Accra Region. A valid analogy drawn by a contributor was that of ABURI GARDENS. Had it not been for nature, the place will be as filthy as Makola Market or any other open market in Accra. Mind you the jungle amazingly without a single Ghanaian loitering around is cleaner, quitter and far more hospitable than the Streets of Accra (Just Stay In Your Car).
