Save for disciplinary and medical reasons,will agree to sit on their backside,for extended periods of time,when there is work to done elsewhere,while drawing a monthly salary! Naturally, these are the sort of characters who engage in idle gossip and 'useless' political debates! How can these people wake up each day and 'trek' to various offices,and sit around doing vitually nothing!
Frankly,I am disappointed that GNAT & NAGRAT will oppose ant rationalization efforts to put their redundant members to work,and behaving more like typical 'blue-collar' organized labour groups such as the Teamsters Union in the US.
People can blame particular govts all they want,but they can`t expect to see any improvement in the dreadful economic situation we find ourselves in this potentially prosperous nation,anytime soon!
