  The headline belies the content. Dr. Whyte did nit even address the Professor's criticism. And he said he is a learned colleague of Prof Gadzekpo? Really? His thinking alone begs the question....

"he probably was earning far much more than what he will be earning over here...". 3. bruise the egos of people who are working very hard under very trying circumstances on daily basis to make life better for everybody”.
  Where is the logic. “In fact comparatively speaking, this presidency has the lowest number of presidential staffers and advisers compared to previous Presidents". Are these the only reasons why Malor should be added to the presidential staff? Whyte himself is a presidential staffer (Heaven knows what he does). Why did he not tell the Ghanaian taxpayer why Malor's addition was necessary?

  The fact that Malor's pay at the UN Radio could be "assumed" to be higher than what he may "officially" make at the President's office doesn't mean his appointment will not cost the country's purse. Professor Gadzepko wasn't comparing Malor's UN pay to what Ghana gov't will give him monthly as a ccommunication expert, rather, she was talking about dupication of job, and therefore waste of tax payers money. This is quiet SIMPLE argument.
  
  Dr Kpessah-Whyte, if something is indefensible, that's what it is: don't attempt to defend it, because if you do, you may either end up lying, or sound stupid or both, and you know what that scenario does to your reputation. Don't you?
