  Do not rush! we need quality education and not quantity. Gov't to look at marginally improving of existing facilities in deprived schools. Many schools SHS cried for improving conditions and facilities just after the election ...

  Do not rush! we need quality education and not quantity. Gov't to look at marginally improving of existing facilities in deprived schools. Many schools SHS cried for improving conditions and facilities just after the elections. Maintenance and overcrowding in most SHS. I believe Gov't can make a great impact if the existing facilities are improved.
