In Italy, they come home in plain cloths leaving their uniforms in their lockers at the police stations.
Your colonial masters have changed the way they'd thought you how to police long ago so learn the job right.

They had been travelling to abroad since Nkrumah's(who was schooled in USA)time. They witnessed highways, sewerage system, real democracy, etc yet, Ghana never change. This is a national waste!!

Contemporary Policing is becoming more and more sophisticated and therefore there is the need for personnel of this indespensable institution to have regular courses and training programmes to be able to cope with prevailing condition of global word. That no matter the form or where the training/programme takes place its all well and good.
