She gave birth at home,she was sick... Then taking to KATH with both Fati and her baby alive.. Fati died after some few days at KATH and the baby never found up to now. Even they tried to bribe my brother to shut up.

The main factor that encourages the evil of child stealing at birth is the absence of relatives of the expectant mother when labouring to give birth. It is very wrong not to allow the expectant mother's relatives to stay away when she is giving birth. Once the husband or a family member is present during delivery, no one can concoct any story about the fate of the new born child.With this, baby stealing can be prevented.

KATH the very main hospital in Kumasi IS VERY SICK AND NEEDS A SERIOUS SURGERY, KATH has had its problems over the years and no one seemed concerned and now they are overflowing. Among these problems are doctors asking patients to see them at their private clinics where they worked as locum, some doctors collecting money from patients in their consulting rooms before treating them, some nurses selling medications to patients at the wards, arbitrarily use of mobile phones by across the facility by most health professionals even with patients sitting right in front of them for treatments, even mortuary men doing their own things at the morgue deciding on where each dead body must be stored depending on how much money families paid to them under the noise of the CEO and others. How can a health institution such as KATH operate in such a manner, then came the death and missing babies saga, and CEO was still at post supervising negligence, incompetence, absenteeism, corruption, mismanagement at its highest level and paid huge moneys. Not until Ghana develops the culture of holding top executives responsible for poor delivery of service, we will be here we are as a nation and this is extended to politics where our leaders are there because they want to be presidents if even incompetent. Is the black man really capable of managing his own affairs I do ask myself this questions most of the time? We have always put money and cars first, material gains and not the people first. I remember many years ago in 1997 when my brother died under mysterious circumstances and no one could give an answer despite the fact that we provided all the medications that was requested, one Dr. M who is a very close family friend who saw my brother the day before he was pronounced dead at KATH was so shocked that my brother had died. No one could provide any answers to the family despite our efforts to find out that is how rotten KATH has been over the years. I have lived in Kumasi all my years and no one has ever challenged bad practices at the hospital.
I think some of the reason why most of our institutions are failing may be due to the fact that most our political leaders MPS, CEOS, are seeking medical support elsewhere in the UK, USA, JAPAN, Germany, and so they do not really care about what goes on in these places, sometimes politicians are flown abroad for treatment even with doctors to go with them so how can our clinics be better managed? MANY QUESTIONS TO BE ANSWERED.

After delivery she stole a glance at the child and noted that it was a boy before being wheeled away to the ward. A mid-wife comes to her and asks her which sex she wanted her child to be. She responds by saying the Almighty gives children and any sex given by God was welcome. The nurse then says, 'congrats you have a baby girl!' My responds by saying 'madam I gave birth to a boy and not a girl'. With that she turns and goes to bring our darling boy. What was the meaning of that? To play mind games? I doubt. She was up to something sinister. All am saying is lock all those concerned for up to 30 years each.
