  This directive from the the minister is quite refreshing. Our educational system has made Physically challenged students so uncomfortable to pursue higher education. VCs and rectors of higher educational institutions should make their institutions disabled friendly in order to compete with such institutions in Europe and America. We must all understand that disability can catch up with anyone at any time.
