I concur. The gov't should reap where it has sown. There is nothing free in the world. If the gov't intend to reap somewhere it must first sow in the form training, information, counseling, tax breaks, staitistical data etc to help establish businesses and then it have the morale obligation to think about taxing (reaping) from what it has sown. NOt just wake one day and just planning to reap rom where it hasn't sown. Period.
