Otoo, even those who have graduated as teachers are having it difficult getting into the teaching jobs. Those who manage to get in are not paid.
Pay good money and stop the stupid free education policy unless the students come from a poor family

Sounds like the teaching vacancies exceed the number of students in the Northern Region.
I hold BSc and would love to take up a teaching appointment there. This is not a National service to be paid allowance but salary.
Maybe they should try SADA
