In fact, as compared to Kufuor, these thieves we complaining of are like angels who may have committed petty crimes here or there..

So any time we get angry at the activities of thieves we should calm down and remind ourselves that we have allowed worse crooks to be walking free, for example Kufuor, Mpiani, Jake, Tarzan, Asabee,Napo, etc

The police investigator who violated a court order should be punished for his unlawful conduct, the argument that criminals who are given bail returns to their criminality, ought to be proven by rearresting them, or presenting statistics in order to prove that point.

The granting of bail to crime "suspects" means that the evidence against them was not convincing enough to warrant no bail, however, it doesn't mean that in the end they will not be found guilty, it all depends on the prosecutor's ability to convince the judge beyond a reasonable doubt, of the the suspects guilt.

There is no room for a police officer to challenge a court order except in court. for us to avoid anarchy and to promote civility the police officer must be severly punished. His teachers at the police training college should also have some saary reduction for non perormance. Is it actually worth to report on this non-informative so called article? what does it convey? Now they can show displeasure about the decsion of the court but as to disobeying the court for not signing an order is a contempt against the court decision. Police are nothing but law enforcers.

We have allowed this blatant disregard for the Law to go on for too long. The Judges seem to flippantly wield the power in their gavel to claim certain impunity in handling cases before them. In Ghana, many of them just act like they could do whatever they want with cases and the Police could only go do their patrols.

But if it were not for the Police, these Judges would not have most of the cases to handle. The spate of collusion between some Judges and some Police personnel to throw cases for bribes may have taken a better turn with this kind of Police protest.

Yes, we understand the Judges know the Laws better but the Police also know the requisite procedures well enough to be able to sniff judicial neglect. The two must be the other's counter-check, even as they collaborate with the State Attorneys to combat crime.
