Govt makes the policy decisions and it was govt that approved the rsearch allce in the first place and now you apply to access it wiith a research proposal, that"s all. We want to see the resseach they are doing. GNUPS cannot dictate to govts, the state is giving you free edn, so if you dont like it go home to your parents? The days of threats are over, we talk in civil manner, govt is not your COEQUAL

These lecturers still use their 1900 notes but want money for research. If they plagiarize, the internet will betray them. Get foreign academicians to help evaluate their research findings.

I thought the problem was the salary, but not knowing is a research allowance. Did these students see the need to establish a central fund for research a BAD one? Some may become lecturers one day and benefit from it.
