I think the authorities in Legon are just obsessed about the construction of Toll booths and the collection of tolls from drivers who ply the campus. If this is what will give them money to stop the exacting of questionable user fees from students, then that is good. But I don't trust them at all. There will be further issues when these toll palaver abates. May be they will devise some means to toll the air that students will breathe on campus too!

The criminals, tribalists and the corrupt are those who are rejoicing that Larry Gbevlo has been removed from the appointment. Ghanaians should understand that we would continue going backwards because the heads of governmental institutions dance to the political sensitivity of the politicians and so their hands are always tight. They lack confidence and the moral courage to act. Larry Gbevlo did not have to seek permission from the president to demolish a nuisance and a breach of security. For fear of losing their cola, they will remain inactive till things go out of hands. Legon should continue the rebuilding and cause mayhem. How many people will care about it? So long as tribalists and low grade thinkers continue to dominate our society, we will always tolerate the stupidity of the educated illiterate Vice Chancellor and his cohorts of Legon.
