  since ghana water comp. is business let them sure epa or sand winners for effecting(stopping) their ability to sell water..the sand should be dug from water downstream from water intakes

  So, the private financial interest of this Togbe Aklaku, who is obviously abusing his position as " Volta Regional Director of the EPA", is higher than the supply of potable water to a whole community.
