There goes another example of a State institution straying from it's core mandate to undertake duties of another.What is the duty of the Ministry of Health/Health Service.What knowlege does the Narcotics Board have about Psychiatric Medicine to impel them foray into the Medical Sciences.I would strongly advice them to stick to their core mandate of dealing with the drug menace.

You're wrong, I wonder if you have any knowledge of drug abuse treatment. I am a trained substance abuse counselor in the United States and drug addict are treated at Rehab and not the psychiatric hospitals. Only those who are addict and mentally sick are reffered to psychiatric hospital.
