  No need to marry under for better for worse.
  
  Marriage must be renewable every two years. One can decide to renew it for 10 years at a higher fee.
  
  To me some laws has to change as it is not practicable and nonsense.

  Simple statistics indicate a very high proportion of female over male in majority of countries around the globe.
  
  Despite the fact that some religion do allow polygamy, even to reduce the marriage ratio of 1;1 (in order words a male to a female) there will are still a pool of women who will never ever be able to get a partner in life just as some people are poor for life.
  
  Just stop all these rubbish of politics of the Western world to control human beings fighting against each other in order to satisfy their selfish lifestyle.
  
  Biologically humans are animals and shall always have that bit of characteristics of most animals.
  
  Life must go on. Why can't polygamy be legalised just as homosexuality and gayism.

Divorce is high because men want their wives to do exactly what their mothers did, cook, clean, bring up children and run the home and do a full days work to bring extra income to the household. Wife gets tired, arguments start and eventually divorce especially when you the wife finds out he is looking after another women. Men change. You can not have your cake and eat it at the some time. One will definitely loose.

The man also wanted custody of his children, so the judge asked for his justification.   2. If you do not know THYSELF you cannot make a choice of a life partner who fits your BEING, YOUR NATURE, YOUR OBJECTIVES, YOUR ASPIRATIONS, YOUR SENS OF MARRIAGE, YOUR MENTALITY, YOUR TEMPERAMENT etc.
  Test or verify the above statements by asking 20 people the following questions.
  a/WHY DID YOU MARRY? if the person is already married.
  b/WHY DO YOU WANT TO MARRY? if the person is preparing to get married or
  c/ WHY WOULD YOU LIKE TO MARRY? if the person has future plans to marry.
  
  A scientific analysis of the responses would certainly give you a clue to the core causes of many cases of divorce. I have tried it and the result was very revealing

The men will do what they can not do just to satisfy the women( JUJU is working). When the JUJU start not work again, is there the men come back their senses, once the mwn come back to their sense, whatever the women will, will not be appreciated by the men, den divorce is the only solution. I have witnessed marriage ceremony whereby an engagement turned into wedding at the 11th hour without the knowledge of the husband. The intervention of GOD saved that marriage.

  The idea that you are married to someone for the rest of life is a serious thing and requires a lot of patient, persevarance and commitment. Nowadays, weddings has become fashion show and that is one cause of failed marriage. Other factors like attractiveness. It goes both ways but mostly our ladies failed to keep their shape in a healthy, acceptable form. This cuased a lot of problems in marriages such as infidelity. Am not condoning infidelity, but if your wive is terribly out shape, she is no longer actrative to you, what do you expect your man to do?
