  Why should the MCE or the schedule officer be liable for the refund of the air ticket if Faith Executive Travel fails to refund? The travel & tour company must refund the money.

  This is just a big joke.Good planning is what is missing with NDC officials.How can this man tell Ghanaians that he received his American transit visa on the very hour he was suppose to embark on a plane?.If he was sincere he could have refunded all monies and ask for refund for his ticket on his own.This is one of the many cases that shows the ways and means money is siphoned and stolen by government officials.
