WHY WOULD ANYBODY IN THEIR RIGHT MIND PUT THIS MORON ON THE BENCH AGAIN TO DECIDE THE FATE OF PEOPLE. GHANA IS SUFFERING BECAUSE OF THIS NUT CASE ATUGUBA!!!!!!!!!!! TWEAAAA!!!!!!!!!

Is the Judicial service and/or the office of the Chief Justice short of competent and incorruptible judges to handle cases in Ghana? Why always appoint a very corrupt person like Atuguba to preside on important cases? No wonder the level of corruption and lawlessness is at its highest in Ghana's history. Ghana will remain a failed state unless something drastic happens and soon.

Poor chiefs, Atuguba will not pass judgement in their favour but pass judgement in favour of his pocket. The only action that can save Ghana from total destruction is for somebody or the poor and oppressed people to line up all corrupt judges, politicians, top police and army officers, Customs and immigration officers, NDC loot and share gangsters etc etc and shoot them unless they refund all looted monies and pay back all monies or properties acquired through corrupt and dubious means. This will serve as deterrent to future corrupt officials.

Atuguba is a disgrace to the Ghana bar association. He can never be honest or ethical in any judiciary matters in Ghana.

The Senior State Attorney. Is this a matter involving the interpretation of certain provisions of the 1992 Constitution or not? And is he contending that the SC, the apex court of the land,is precluded from hearing this case? Justice Yaw Appau,the Judgement Debt Commissioner, has indicated that,in his opinion,the provisions of the Constitution are unambiguous,and believes the Lands Commission,is usurping the functions of the Administrator of Stool Lands.
