It appears that the easiest way to riches in Ghana is to file a suit against the Government. Wow!

You are right Ken; this is because the Attorney General will not put up a fight. A cool chop for the complainant! Could a secret 10% deal for the AG staff do the trick? Well, I am just asking.

Ghana died the very day her destiny was put into the hands of NDC. Tweakai. It seems those who have been elected to serve at rather destroying the nation. It is very sad.

If you believe the NDC delivered the coup de grace, think about those who softened the patient up,the NPP!
I am told the giveaway 'engineered' by the E.O group in return for a paltry $350 million, has robbed our nation of more than 2-3 billion dollars in extra oil revenues that have gone to the foreign oil companies controlling the Jubilee oil fields! So what are you talking about? "Gyae ka,na yengyae tie"!

The Commissioner is also part of this scam. Why does he keep dragging all these cases. He seems determined to drag these cases for the benefit of his sole sitting allowance until he dies. Imagine how uch he makes per month through this judgement debt sitting allowance!

"Mrs Seyywoe Kwakuvi-Zagbedeh, a legal representative of the Registrar General’s Department, also appeared before the Commission in respect of the returns filed by the African Automobile in 2010 and 2011.
She explained that, the Registrar General’s Department has no trace of any document indicating that the African Automobile Limited had filed its returns for the years in question, including other previous years.
She said the Registrar General is migrating onto an electronic platform and is doing re-registration of all companies but the African Automobile is yet to comply."
AND WHAT ARE THE AUTHORITIES DOING ABOUT African Automobile's NON-COMPLIANCE. OH GOD, PLEASE SAVE GHANA FROM THESE EVIL MEN.

It's the impression created that has brought about this situation. When there was strong calls for Parliament to probe judgement debts then the Commission was set up. Again the sports commission was also set up when there were calls for a probe by Parliament and it was on the verge of doing so when quickly the govt set up another commission. It's past two weeks and they have not even sat for once. What story does this tell?
