  The Pentecost University "urged the government to link the ...Supplementary Budget to specific programmes and MANAGE corruption...To manage is to plan, organize, staff, coordinate and evaluate. Is that how the Pentecost University wants corruption to be tackled in the country? Corruption has to be eradicated all together in government dealings and the Attorney-General's department is tasked with the responsibility of bring offenders to book. The culture of taking public corruption lightly in Ghana has to be brought to an end if there is any hope of development in the country
