Why shouldn't AMA fine traders and people who throw rubbish in the streets?. This could be a major revenue generating avenue for a cash strapped city. It will be the same as overspeeding and illegal parking tickets

Young boys and girls from school of Hygiene should be employed as sanitary inspectors. When people are fined they keep their surroundings clean
