  This is just to slow things down or effectively not get anything done. This government has to grab the bull by its horns and deal drastically with indiscipline, rampant construction of container shops and kiosks. This makes the whole environment look very untidy. Go to other African countries Rwanda and you will not find such mess. Please let them get rid of the slums. Even East Legon looks like a slum now, thanks to people like Mr Debra stopping Authorities from doing their work
