  In this country everything is done haphazardly. How can this translate to growth and development. Those of us who were informed to come along with our NSS ID, we got there only to be given a declaration form to go back and complete before we sign for the allowance. The clearance form we used to asses the allowance was now not in use. Even for my district bosomtwe in Ashanti, only two days were given to asses the allowance. After whole heartedly serving this country look at the kind of treatment we are being give by this government. Only Jehovah can save us.
