  My only problem is with the quality of work done. If the building has stood fallow for one year, then proper inspection should be done on it to ascertain its durability.Many contractors do shoddy work, collect their money and evaporate into thin air. To such ones, I say SHAME!

  PROJECT LIKE A SCHOOL BLOCK WITHOUT ARGUMENTS ABOUT PAYMENTS OF CONTRACTORS WHO HAVE DONE THEIR PART; SUCH A SIMPLE PROCESS SHOULD CAUSE SO MUCH SUFFERING TO CHILDREN WHO JUST WANT TO STUDY.
