  please we should start with motor union stations, markets hospitals schools beer bars. many of them. government should implement laws,which require them to have proper toilet facility before grant them a license to operate ...

  please we should start with motor union stations, markets hospitals schools beer bars. many of them. government should implement laws,which require them to have proper toilet facility before grant them a license to operate business.the government should be serious with the public toilets owners any who fails to comply with hygienic rules will closed.

  Some Assemblies have existed for several years without bye_laws. Their existence as a representative of Central government leaves much to be desired.The current cholera scourge is a true reflection of how preventive medicine has been neglected, rather curative medicine is being promoted.
  Sanitation is a process not an event.
