  The Nation Service Scheme has been in place for over thirty or forty years. It has played a VERY useful role in the provision of manpower and human resources. Peter Kpordugbe name comes to mind. I remember in my Sixth form years, almost all of our teachers were service personnel. When I was doing my services in 1988-90 we had the same problems and I believe that service personnel before me had them too. My question is after all these years, the Scheme has not been able to resolve them? What would it take mother Ghana to get things right, oh Ghana?
