  Whoever and what ever researchers are behind this finding out to be in possesion of their metal faculties. First because the allegation or suspicion of sexual misconduct against the weakest in our society is not a trivility nor a mere figment of fantasy.
  It creates a warped and seriously flawed impression of Ghana as a nation and makes mockery of our laws and institutions.
  Whoever wants to score academic or professional merits with this publication should channel it to the right quarters to waken up the appropriate ears and eyes!

  It is a pity that officials paid with the tax payer's money will come on a media platform and start lying. Do that senior Police officer want the whole world to believe that her outfit do not conive with victims, witnesses and sometimes judges to settle some of these felonious cases in the house by collecting huge amounts from suspects and telling the victims/witnesses not to come to court and the case later thrown out for want of prosecution.
