  IF PRICES WHERE EVEN CLOSE TO THOSE ON THE OUT OF DATE CUSTOMS WEBSITE OF 10% FOR VALUE, 3% FOR INSPECTION THAT SMALL..BUT MY SHIPPER IN USA ALMOST ALWAYS WANTS MORE FOR CLEAN THAN ITEM IS WORTH...sTUFF THAT IS USED IS ALMOST ...

  Every week at the Ghana/Ivory Coast border, there was a border patrol officer. He saw the same Ghanaian every friday.
  He was riding a bike and wearing a backpack.
  Every time the same border patrol officer would stop him and ask if he could search his backpack.
  And every time it was filled with sand.
  Just sand.
  The officer let him go,
  The next week, it happened again.
  The officer stopped the Ghanaian and searched his bag.
  Nothing but sand.
  One more week went by and the officer was confused because he knew the Ghanaian was smuggling something but he didn't know what.
  The next week, the officer stops the Ghanaian and takes him into a holding room in the border patrol office.
  The officer starts, "Okay, I know you have been smuggling something but I cant prove it, now if you just tell me what it is you have been smuggling I will let you go..."
  Silence.....
  The officer continues, "Was it drugs in the sand?"
  Then the Ghanaian said, "No Monsier, I was smuggling bikes
