I wonder why Ghanaians don't know when a fire is burning them. Need you think for a second before knowing that NPP has started its 2016 campaign? And don't you know the key strategy is to create fear and panic in order to get people to lose confidence in the govt? They do this by means of targeted killings of prominent people and women, lies, fabrications, distortions and downright blackmail.
But God will never reward the evil one so Nana will fail miserably yet again.

The Incumbent MP indulges the DCE in the inspection of some projects and within thirty minutes of the departure of the threatened MP, the DCE gets shot dead.
I was not there but God has given me the power of thought. I will urge you all to reconstruct the events and tell the nation what the cause of this death could be.
More seriously, political enmity is more dangerous within political parties than across political parties.

Sell hks assets to compensate for those he wronged and remove him.from office. Market reconstruction, bridges, sanitation etc don't fall under the jurisdiction of the dce. They fall under the jurisdiction of the regional minister and his cabinet. What are the duties of a dce:
1. Consider the well being and interest of residents in the municipality.
2. DEVELOP and evaluate policies and programs
3. Determine which services the municipality provides
4. Ensure administrative practices and procedures are in place.
5. Maintain the financial integrity of the municipality
6. Adhere to and carry out all duties of district Council
