  Yes, I agree too that people who build so close to rivers and in dry river beds should have their buildings pulled down. Some Ghanaians will not just listen.

  Yes, I agree too that people who build so close to rivers and in dry river beds should have their buildings pulled down. Some Ghanaians will not just listen.
  On those who dump refuse in rivers, before you arrest them, provide them with dumping places and containers or they will still dump them in the rivers.
