  I am deep in problems as the Contract I analysed is now backtracking and imposed fines for breach of contract and so you will not get your new hospitals or roads as the fines are alleged breaches and no workers cannot be paid due to this. I am wanting the government to come in and the President but the email is down anad I am in UK. By tomorrow if the return of the taken funds out of this contract are not met as a refund then the Government of Ghana is breaching the contract to Mr Frank Rolando. I have ordered he pay what is fines for breach of contract, but there is no evidence in the none timed date material as to time date which I started to work on. The Ministry of Health etc and the Ghana Government have deliberately sabotaged this project for a ten thousand USD as fines and lawyers. I have the evidence of time dated work from me. Now your workers will suffer as this Contract means paid labour. It means the whole provision of regeration is political as to not being able to fund it and to make the Contractor not be able to ship the equipment due to this small erosion that I cannot fund and is crucial today. Can someone question this as it is your needs and workforce. No breach of Contract exists as to the signing on the 5th of November by the Contractor as it said the term time and the time I started to work with this project sourcing suppliers was on the very same day and continues as time dated emails. This has defamed me as I told the Contractor to pay fines that were alleged and not proved as per the contract I can send Ghana Web. Tell them to reimburse or your labour force will not have work, you will not have hospitals nor other infrastructure.
