  Are we serious at all?
  
  So we have such a law like this in this country and nobody took action regarding the Winneba University student who committed suicide as a result of his identifiable personal data (including his exam results) being published on the university notice board. That was blatant violation of privacy. Do we have lawyers in this country? Somebody should sue the university to test this Data Protection Law - Act 843
