  Also Every Child Matters document, Children Act 2004 and children right convention. Please google this information and stop cruelty of children in Ghana now. They deserve more.Most disturbing is the worldwide concern that all children say that they are not being protected from harm. While this is disproportionately higher in developing countries, it is clearly a fear shared by children everywhere and one that world leaders need to address with urgency.”
  
  Yet we have a Minister of Finance who only mentioned orpahnge children as the one they are going to help not the ones who are not. only 800 they identified to help. This is what we call urgency. Waht is the Minister of Finance going to do about this have you shared your information with him. N
