  Yes the case is age-old but several courts have given their judgments. NDC, MAHAMA, AFEDE, LODONU, THE CASTLE, BANI, and everybody knows the contents of the judgments. There have been several press conferences by one faction with all the supporting court judgments. So is the other party not abiding with the courts decisions and everybody is sitting down and looking at them killing each other. NDC have you not got The political will? MAHAMA, YOU RECENTLY WENT TO SEE THE POPE. BE HONEST TO YOURSELF AND STOP THIS MAYHEM BY BERINGING OUT THE CONTENTS OF THE COURT DECISIONS. Afede, what settlement are you talking about? Outside the court decisions? You hypocrite.

  Corrupt and bribe taking judges giving biased judgments have not helped this case otherwise, we wouldn't be here talking about it almost 90 years since it started. The historical trees that both sides accepted as boundary demarcation are still standing there today for all to see.

Rather than blindly calling for elusive peace and ignoring the truth, I can tell you it is people like Edward who are deceiving one side to continue to tresspass and cost the lives lost.How can you talk of corrupt judges accepting bribes in several different judgements handed handed down by different courts including appeal court long long ago. And saying trees were accepted as boundary posts? Go and read the reports of the two independent surveyors recently appointed by the government; were they also corrupt? the truth is cement pillars were used by the Germans to demarcate the boundary. ONE faction has attempted to remove these pillars withpout success. Let me tell you that it is not the number of years the dispute has gone on that matters. t is the truth in terms of the court decisions as to the ownership that matters. It is the courts in every land that decides disputes so in a situation one faction continues to defy curt rulings, what do you expect. So all those of you shouting anything at the top of you voices outside the past series of court decisions in favour of one fashion are just wasting your time. The true owner of the land is known by the powers that be today but for reasons of political expediency, they are happy watching the clashes and the deaths. Are these men of God? Afede knows the truth; he is just a hypocrite! Mahama knows the truth; just does not have the political will or is confused. One faction has held a number of press conferences and made all the documents available yet people are behaving as ostriches and burying their heads in the sand and pretending as if they have no clue. FM commentators and some biased commentators like Afede are just not being honest to their conscience. They all know the truth. Truth stands, all others fall. The faction that truly owns the land WILL CONTINUE TO FIGHT TO THE LAST MAN LEST THEY RISK THE ANGER OF THEIR ANCESTORS. WHEN TRUTH REIGNS, PEACE WILL ALSO REIGN. THAT IS GOD'S LAW.

This particular side rather prefers to rely on a fake court judgment they paid bribes to secure instead of accepting the truth.
  
  No one's life is worth a piece of land but it's unfortunate over a thousand people have so far lost their lives in the 90-year old clashes. When shall we say, enough is enough?
  
  I will urge the people of Nkonya to return to the negotiation table to complete the job started by independent peace bodies. No biased and corrupt court judgment shall bring peace except through dialogue by both sides.
