  ,how much does is accrue in interest every month? If properly managed this money can diversified into different investment 'portfolios' to yield more profit for your members, consult investment advisers; you can own your own properties like real estate or malls for rent, it's a suggestion, but for Ghana being what it is presently hmmm, better 'hold your eggs in one basket'!
