  This is exactlly what municipalities do and not the president going round cutting sod for commencement of six classroom block and markets instead of held press conference to address our erratic power blackout and distribution of power and water,the president actually doing the work of DCs.What is the important and duties of Regional ministers,Municipals and Districts CEOs if the president going round cutting sod for the commence of six classroom block and market?They is the reason why the president can not think.
