    Is there anybody left in the system we can count on now? Corruption has become so pervasive that the good Lord may have to despatch one of the archangels to come down to rule us, else, we are all doomed.

    In the developed countries, you have to be a citizen before you can be licensed to handle and convey and store dangerous cargo like Ammonium Nitrate. Isn't it time Ghanaians tow the same line?
